Citing sources for your blogs
A good blog post has to look good, and that means using images to make your blogs attractive and beautiful. If you’re using an image that you didn’t create in your blog, you should credit the creator for their work.
Starting January 23, all the quotes, images and videos used in the submitted blogs must be credited to the creator and original source. This means the provided link must link back to their page or original article, where the quote/image/video is located. If you’re using your own work in your blog, you should give the credit to yourself.
Images on sites like iStock have licenses which require that you pay money in order to use them.
How to credit the Images in your blog

The Creator should be hyperlinked to the creator’s page.
The Site should be hyperlinked to the article where the image is found.

Please note:
(1) Images without proper citing are not accepted and the presentation score for your blog will be penalized.
(2) Images on Google are hosted on various websites, so images credit to www.Google.com are not accepted. This also applies on videos found on www.Youtube.com, and text content found on www.Wikipedia.com.
(3) Watermarked Images and any image which may be subject to copyright are not accepted. For example: Images on sites like iStock and Shutterstock have licenses which require that you pay money in order to use them. Click here to see an example.
